[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] More flexible JS/CSS enqueue paths

Summary:
I Installed the plugin on a client’s site who’s wp-content directory is not in a standard location. The string search and replacement that plugins_url() uses is pretty brittle and could not handle this case. I’m attaching a diff that allows the path for JS and CSS assets to be a little more flexible to support this non-standard location.
