[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Sidebar widget doesn’t show correct related posts

I’m not sure exactly when this start, but I’m running into where the list of related posts as shown on a post edit page is not what is shown in the sidebar widget when the page is displayed.

At first, it seemed like editing the post would make the widget display correctly. But I’m not really sure anymore.

A couple of times, I re-saved my YARPP options to reset the cache and that worked. But now not so much.

What I am noticing is that the current post has been showing up in the related posts widget since these problems started. I.E., Post XYZ shows as related post, Post XYZ.
