Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DNUMBER

I installed the latest version and follow some tricks from https://buildinternet.com/2009/07/display-thumbnails-for-related-posts-in-wordpress/ it is showing error which is written above. Kindly please help me so i activate this plugin.
