[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] What Fatal Error is this? Can we fix it?

We installed the plugin (v.3.5.1) and this is what we get in our dB:
[12-Jul-2012 12:00:16] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get_post_types() on a non-object in /home2/ourmultisite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/yet-another-related-posts-plugin/class-admin.php on line 237
Actually we have quite a few of them. Any idea what and how to fix it?
