    YIKES, Inc Easy Mailchimp Extender works with PHP 5.2, but not in PHP 5.3. When migrated to a machine that has 5.3, it causes dozens of “Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in …” warnings with my Builder themes using WordPress 3.4.1 on PHP 5.3.

    I loved the plugin…

    I see someone else posted about deprectated code and you mentioned it might get updated soon. I know it warns it is not tested to work with WordPress 3.4.1, but I’m hopeful!!
