[Plugin: YIKES, Inc. Easy MailChimp Extender] Form displayed does not show form labels

Do you have a link to the page where you have the form installed?

I see what you mean…we will add them to the next update.

The div version of the form does have labels.

Example:

Hello. We added labels to the table version of the form and pushed that update live today.
