[Plugin: Yoast Breadcrumbs] Hide Current Page / Post

I have a client that wants to hide the last bit of the breadcrumb line, the page or post name. Some of their catergory names and post titles are very long and sometimes appear two categories deep. The breadcrumbs are getting so long that some will break content to another line if not shortened. Is this possible to hide the last item in the breadcrumb since that is the page or post you are on and it is somewhat obvious? If so how?
