Hi. Same issue here. I implemented this for a client who uses this to post a daily video on his youtube channel and site. It is live on Youtube and has been for an hour but no sign of it on the site. Is this caching or what is going on? How can we fix this on our own until the bug fix is in place? Thanks!

Fixed this by changing the RSS feed update time in WordPress to 10 minutes. See this explanation below;

Whoah! Forcing an update every 10 minutes could be classed as abuse.

Hi, am also having problems with this. Would like to be able to refresh a feed (for example if a youtube video is removed from youtube, want it to stop showing up in the channel gallery). Any chance of implementing this soon?

For some reason, the solution that holistic offered (link to village idiot) didn’t work. Where should it be placed in the functions.php file?
