[Plugin: Youtube with fancy zoom] Popup Video Flucuation

When I click on the video , popup opens and then it load all videos , but it fluctuates for sometime before the youtube video is visible , if there are 8 videos then it will fluctuate for 8 times ?? What would be the best solution ?
