Pluginfile not Active

  • I make use of WordPress 3.7.10 (in Dutch) and WC2.0.20. In the past months the plugin worked fine, however without any updates or changes the emails won’t be send anymore. The main file in the Plugins > Edit screen is set as active, however the class-wc-review-reminder.php file is marked as “not active”. This might causes that the emails are not send. Thus, what causes this problem and how to solve this?

    As you can see this plugin is not updating anymore. That is because it is not supported anymore.

    Thanks for your answer. I actually do not understand why this is not working anymore because both WP, WC and this plugin are not updated in my account in the past months. So in the beginning it worked fine, however from one to another day the plugin stopped working. If nothing has changed, I do not understand why the same version stopped working. Hopefully you can explain this more precisely, because it was an really important plugin for me ??
