plugin.php now loading. pls help!

I was uploading new plugins and everything was working fine.

Now whenveer I try to access the plugin page in my admin page, it has a long load time and never actually loads.

I tried to access my mysql manager page for my databases and the servers were down.

The servers are back up this morning, but I still can’t access my plugin page. I even replaced the plugin.php file ??? What to do, thanks
