Plugin’s admin page is messed up

    I was on Apache using this plugin just fine. I switched to NGINX. I understand this plugin can work fine with NGINX. My problem is the admin page for this plugin no longer works. The buttons don’t do anything and the CSS is messed up. Even if I deactivate and reactivate this plugin, it is still screwed up.

    I’m assuming it has to do with some settings saved in the database but I don’t really know – any help please?
