Plugins and shortcodes not working

I cannot seem to get any shortcodes to recognise in Charitas Lite

Do I need the full version to use shortcodes. The specific plugin I would like to use is for a local business listing – using CM Business Directory.

But as no shortcodes are working – nothing shows up
