The plugin stopped updating the weather information of Kekaha, Hawaii (city_selector=2347762) and Kilauea, Hawaii (city_selector=2347764) since the last Friday. They’re still showing old information (11/8, 11/9, 11/10). Today is 11/12.

Does anybody experience the same issue?

    Hello,

We have checked our system, and it works as intended.
Also, we’ve double-checked – tried to select as a user, on another site, Kekaha and Kilauea locations, and the weather is displayed as it should be (Tue, Wed, Thu)

Please check if you are using a caching system and what is a page caching time.

    p.s.
We were not able to see the widgets on mobile device.

I wish I could upload the screenshots.
I’m using W3 Total Cache and Max CDN. I purged caches on both sides.
My screen still shows the old information.

In the mobile phone, when you scroll down to “Kauai Weather Forecast”, you will see
“North Side | East Side | South Side | West Side | Parks & Wild Life Refugee”.

When you click the region, you will see the weather widgets.

Now, three towns are showing old information:
Kilauea on the north side, Kalaheo on the south side, Kekaha on the west side

    Hello,

First off I think you have a cashing/CSS issue at the moment, as the page is not rendering properly.

Secondly, if on the same page, some widgets are updating and some not – the issue is probably with stalled data in your database.
Please go to Admin panel, disable the widget, refresh page with the widgets and then enable the widget again.
This should not interfere with settings of the widgets, nor the locations, but just purge the database and fetch new data.

Please let me know if this procedure has fixed the the issue.

You should purge the cache as well to see the newly generated page.

Hi, I fixed the issue by deleting and reinstalling the plugin. Thank you so much for your support!
