• Hi,

I have created a wordpress site and installed two plugins, FS Contact form and social media couters but any of them are working.

On the test for FS Contact Form says that couldn’d initialize the mail service, I have test the email accounts and are working fine.

The other, social media counters, I have activated at the top and bottom of the posts and I don’t see them at any place.

Could someone please let me know if I need to do something else on server side or on the plugins, I did installed the same on another wordpress site and worked fine.

    Thanks

    Regards

    Hi,

I have installed another plugin (Global Translator) and also is not working.

Could this be a plugin issue or worpress installation?

    Thanks

This is a portion of the error I am getting on Global Transaltor plugin:

Warning: imagecreatetruecolor() [function.imagecreatetruecolor]: Invalid image dimensions in C:\…\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\global-translator\translator.php on line 882

    Thanks

    Regards

The error points to the plugin as the problem. Check the last update on the plugin and compatibility.

It is more than likely a javascript error when a plugin does not work. You can use Firebug in FF to pin-point the problem.

On the first page, the posts are shown, but there is no social media button as vistaopticapanama.com which I installed the same plugin and it worked fine.

    Thanks

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Don’t forget the ones in mu-plugins. If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

I have deactivate all of them, changed to Twenty eleven theme, and I never saw the social media buttons, then I reactivate them and installed the other theme and still the same.

I did this on my dashboard.

    Thanks

As you said I think is the plugin, I’ll try to find another one that allows me to share my post on social media networks.

    Thanks
