Plugins disappeared and cannot be reinstalled

  • Hi there,

    I need help with following issue: 2 plugins Yoast SEO and Really Simple SSL disappered and can’be seen on the dashboard. When I try to re-install them, it’s impossible, since the directory already exists. I have read the forum and found that the plugins folders have to be accessed directly at the server and deleted after which the reinstallation is possible. The question is: how do I access the server and the folder? Could someone help with the step-by-step instruction on how to do that?
