Plugins do not show

Same problem, they are there and working but I can’t see any in the Plugins->Installed view

Get the following error when I access the https://www.MYSITE.com/wp-admin/plugins.php page:

Renamed plugins folder to plugins.old, went back to the page, which now opens, then renamed plugins.old back to plugins…seemed to have been a plugin I had called “pluginstaller” which caused the problem. Deleted it and all good ??
