But before they did I’ve already seen the error. Because I couldn’t update my users profile anymore on the backend.

I don’t know how to add my printscreen here. But it shows the missing “update user” button on the backend.

The Error that i get from your plugin, is this one: TIMEOUT ERROR: Could not retrieve Scriptures from ESV.org API

It’s the seem for the ABS one. I’ve got API’s for both of them.

I believe that the problem is that your site is using IPv6, whereas the API connections require IPv4 — at least at present.

I’ve met this once before and was not able to resolve the problem at that time. I’ll dig into this a bit more to see if I can find a fix now. Until I do, however, unhappily these plugins will not work on your site.

Examining this more, we (@sophoservices and myself) find that your site does have an IPv4 IP number, 31.170.164.242, in addition to it’s IPv6 number. When one tries to access the site using 31.170.164.242, however, one gets a “403 Forbidden” error.

We think that this is likely something which your web hosting service needs to address, so that using the IPv4 address does not give that 403 error.

Please let us know whether or not you are able to resolve this problem this way.

I don’t know why? I deactive all plugins. I try debug mode. Not errors appears.
I have my own dedicated server.

Unhappily, that link did not provide us with what thought it might.

Let’s try to get more diagnostic information another way. We have placed a bible-reading-plans.zip file at https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZOTTfVZ90wJ8rWbOAYaPm9AI9QHyyJayMnV. The Bible Reading Plans plugin in this file is Version 2.1.2-test. This version should output more information than just the timeout message when there is an error. We hope that this information will be sufficient to help us fix the problem.

Please let us know when you have this version of the plugin uploaded and activated in place of the version you now have installed. The link should then tell us more of the reason for the timeout.

I install the test version online.
In fact, on the page there is two version in english and in frensh, the english version works well but not the french version.

I got an error in settings

ERROR: Could not retrieve list of versions from the Bible Brain (aka the Digital Bible Platform) API.
Note that, in order to use this API, you must obtain an Access Key from the Bible Brain (aka Digital Bible Platform -- DBP), Version 4 of their API. See instructions for obtaining that key and the field for entering it below.

It does appear that you don’t have a Bible Brain (aka Digital Bible Platform) API key. You will have to request an Access Key by filling out the form at https://4.dbt.io/api_key/request/.

The other issue (French and English on the same page, with English working and French not) is likely caused be two things: You don’t have a Bible Brain (aka Digital Bible Platform) API key and it is not possible to have two translations on the same page. (The latter might be something we could change in a future version of the plugin. For now, however, you will have to put French and English on separate pages.)

@lblwuser, how are you doing in resolving your issue?
