Plugins downloaded but not working on my page

  • Im new here. ?? I downloaded several plugins but none are showing up on my page. Example? Sexy bookmarks. Cant find ’em anywhere on my page. Also, Facestream and several others. I clicked on “Activate” but still nothing. I know there is a button somewhere I need to click on but I cant find it to save my soul!
