• Since I’ve manually updated the site to 3.9 I get errors when i’m trying to activate a new plugin.
    The error message is:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_register_plugin_realpath() in /home/tomvamv85/domains/……/public_html/wp-admin/plugins.php on line 150

What can I do to solve this?

    By the way,
If I want to change a theme I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function current_action() in /home/tomvamv85/domains/……/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 758

All said, It’s no happy time for updating…

Tom, I can’t even see my site with the error message I’m getting, similar to yours. I did an automatic update to 3.9 and now get this
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_register_plugin_realpath() in /home/content/66/11240366/html/wp-settings.php on line 213
