Plugins files weren’t created in the migration

    I migrated my website using SG Migrator, I received the notification that all the files were created and I should edit DNS. When I completed the migration, all my plugins were deleted, because their files weren’t created. Now I have a non-functional website.

    Would it be possible to restart migration or upload a Dreamhost backup?

    Hey there @fghermandi,

    You can restart the migration by generating a new transfer token and starting the migration again.

    As for the files, please make sure that all files/folder permissions are set accordingly. I would also suggest increasing your memory limit.

    I am afraid that uploading a backup from another hosting provider would not be possible.
