Plugins for Page Customization Minus Any Coding?

Hello,

I’ve been developing with WP for some time, but I fully consider myself front-end, so please excuse me for being geek impaired. I’m working on developing a new wordpress and the client demands that:

1. Content can be edited/added by those with no web experience
2. Background color & images can be also edited by people with no web experience.

So my questions are:

1. Is there a plugin that can modularize the composer and also function like the visual composer (meaning no HTML)?

2. Also, I’d like to be able to allow users to for instance: upload a custom logo within the content…?

2. Does anyone know of a plugin that integrates with post/pages, that has an intuitive color wheel option, as well as an upload for bg images? *I’ve found “Custom Post Background” plugin and although I fear it is not self-explanatory enough.

I know I could use back-enders to help me with these issues, but am looking to streamline this process.
