Plugins For Users Trying To Nominate Each Others Posts

I’m looking for basically the same thing described here,

I want a button under every post that logged in users can press, that will automatically send their info and the post info to some place(maybe a contact email, I dunno, that part doesn’t really matter), so it can be added to the voting for our weekly post of the week. ??

Does anyone know if there’s a plugin like this? ??
