• Need help with the following (please note I have NO CSS training in any way…most of my site setup has been completed via researching on youtube and google)

1: Change menu bar default font size to something like 700. The default is set up at 400 and I don’t know how to change it. The menu bar titles are too small. It seem to coincide with the selection of paragraphs which is strange.
    My font selections-
    Font 1: Gabriela (headlines 1 – headlines 6)
Font 2: Simonetta All (body tags), Paragraphs (p tags), List (li tags)
    Font 3: Gentium Basic Blockquotes

    2. Change the distance between the contact options. The spaces between the content on the contact for seem so large, can the spacing be made smaller? I couldn’t find the style.css for this (probably a good thing).

3: Change the contact form boxes to a more rounded feel. They are so boxy, is there a way to change this?

    My site: https://www.blushtheory.com
Theme Demo: https://yourinspirationweb.com/tf/beauty/ (Beauty & Clean theme)

I am BRAND NEW at this. Any help (detailed) would be MUCH appreciated. Please ignore the content on my page right now. I am trying to set it up before filling it with valid information. LOL

    Thank you in advance!!

  • Sounds like you’ll need to start learning CSS ?? – there are lots of good resources out there including:

    https://www.w3schools.com/css/

https://csscreator.com (you can post on the forums there if you need CSS help)

    https://css-tricks.com/

Try using a browser tool like Firebug – it’s immensely helpful for working with CSS. You will also need to be making these changes via Custom CSS (plugin like JetPack if your theme does not have that option) or a child theme. If you make changes to theme files, your changes will be overwritten and lost when the theme is updated.

Also, these forums only support themes from the repository on this site – so you may want to contact the developer of your theme for further help.

    Hi WPyogi,

Thank you for your reply so quickly. I was not actually asking for assistance on my theme but more on the plugins that I am using. I have seen a couple forum responses like the question I’m asking (but not quite the same) that were asking questions on plugins but not necessarily the theme.

I am specifically asking for help on the plugins site of things The more I am dealing with this CSS, the more i understand the jest of it but I definitely couldn’t begin to start writing code. I would really kind of like my site to mimic the theme as much as possible…is that not right?

Pretty much all of your questions are straight CSS – hence my reply. If you have a plugin specific question, you can post in the plugin’s sub forum –
