Plugins in general not supported

    Whenever I click on the Plugins button it says “this website does not support plugins, please change to a website you host yourself to install and manage plugins”. I don’t really get what that means and what I have to change to be able to use plugins. In addition I have no idea what version of WordPress I am using. I would be glad if someone could help me ??
