• I recently switched hosting providers, and so migrated my website to a new server. I followed the instructions provided by transfering all files and importing the database. The issue with the website seems to be the plugins. Everything is displaying correctly, but when I try to edit my slider plugin, by adding a new slide or editing the photos in the slide, the links provided for editing the images do not work. I installed two other plugins, and ran into the same issue. I thought maybe the urls needed changed in the database, so I ran the search and replace script provided on the moving wordpress informational page, but it seems like the urls are correct.

One thing to note, is that the website (for some strange reason I’m not aware of because I didn’t design the site) is located under public_html/home/. It was located there on the old server, and when I transfered everything over, I transferred it to public_html because I didn’t realise it was previously under a folder title home. When I realised the website was not displaying correctly, I found out about the home folder, created it, and edited my redirections in cpanel to point to website.com/home/ and moved everything over to that folder.
