• Hi.

I had a problem with a plugin. i decided to deactivate all plugins by using filezilla, while i could not use the back-end page cause of the plugin fail.

I deactivated the plugins, but when i want to see them or install a new, it says not succesfull or it can’t find the old ones.

it says where the plugins used to be placed:
‘it doesn’t look like you have any available plugins at the moment.
“Det ser ikke ud til, at du har tilg?ngelige plugins i ?jeblikket.” Danish.

I named the (plugins) folder in filezilla (deactivated) but changed it back to (plugins) a guide on the internet said it should work. It only worked until the deactivate part.

I can use WordPress again but have no plugins and can’t add any.

I have a host and not a blog site.

    Best regards. Alexander

  • Probably you break something in ”plugin” folder … double check if it is on right place with right name ”plugin” you can also try reinstall your wordpress from dashboard, you will not lose any data during this.

… double check if it is on right place with right name ”plugin” you can also try …

    CORRECTION. The directory is “plugins”

    I’ve had the same problem.

    How did you resolve this?

    Thank you!
