Plugins Not Being Disabled

    Hi, just trying this out for the first time. I’m running it on a staging site and have gone to:

    Plugin Organizer > Global Plugins

    Disabled all plugins and hit Save. Cleared all caches.

    When I go to the front end of the site, I can’t tell any difference at all. (i.e., all plugins are still running.)

    Am I missing something obvious?
