Plugins not installing at all!

Ok, I have just installed a new wordpress engine and it is not installing plugins from the adnim panel. I can add then from uploading them through FTP but searching them or use the upload form in the admin panel I get the same error
[Downloading install package from https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/formidable.1.06.01.zip…%5DI think all permissions are correct and everything in the settings is ok but I still am lost :/ Any ideas?
