Plugins not working

    I’m unable to install the following plug-ins on my website. The error message reads:

    “Unpacking the package…
    Could not create directory.”

    Plugins: nrelate Related Content 0.52.7 , WPTouch Mobile plugin 3.1.9, Jetpack 2.9.1

    Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m currently using GoDaddy hosting with Plesk.

    Sorry, I’m new to WordPress and learning my way around, but luckily I’ve resolved my own issue by manually adding the files to the wp-content folder. Thanks for giving me proper direction.
