Plugins only showing up on home page

I have been searching all over the site before i had to post this as usually i find a solution somewhere, even if its not exactly what i am looking for it helps and i get it figured out.

Well I have added plugins such as “email to friend” “rate this” and “digg this”. these plugins are showing up just fine and working great on the home page, but if you click on a post title and it takes you to go to its page for just that article, the plugins are not showing up. I have tested this with another skin and they are working just fine on both the home page and individual pages, so I’m sure it has something to do with the theme. I have looked at both themes (the one it works with and the one it doesn’t) to see if I can figure out what part of the coding needed to be changed and/or added but still cant figure it out.
