Wenn I’m in the WP admin and click on plugins, this is the feault target URL

    domain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

Instead of opening the list with all installed plugins it goes to domain.com
When I use this URL I get the list with all installed plugins… domain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?plugin_status=all&paged=1&s

I have no re-direction setup! Any idea what this can be?

Just to make sure, did you already check your site’s .htaccess file? This file is where most rewrite rules occur, so you may want to check there if you haven’t already. If you’re not familiar with editing/looking for oddities in your .htaccess file, would you mind providing its contents in your next reply?

If there’s nothing out of the ordinary in that file, then you may want to try temporarily disabling all your site’s plugins and see if that fixes the issue.
