    Woo Commerce plug-in suddenly stopped working. I am Getting notice to install it and it’s already there and when I go to download again it says the destination folder already exists. So not able to work on it.

    Hi @eadvertisingbazaar,

    It might be that the WooCommerce folder still exists on your site but it misses important files so the plugin cannot work. You can access the site via FTP or cPanel, delete the current WooCommerce folder, and then reinstall WooCommerce manually as explained here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/installation-2/#section-3

    If you’re not sure how to do that, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    **Note: Deactivating and deleting the existing WooCommerce plugin does not remove any WooCommerce data in your database since this requires an additional destructive step.
    However, make sure to have a good backup of your site in place when doing the above.**
