Plugins update issue

Hi,
after installing your plugin, I noticed that Elementor plugin stops working and that I can’t update plugins (a blank page comes out with a stylized sheet in between).
Can you help me?
I would like to say that I am very inexperienced and that I have followed the instructions described in your guide to set up the plugin.
If you want, I can send you the screens where you see the settings that I activated in your plugin.
