Plugins viable via FTP but WordPress does not see them (UpdraftPlus Restore)

Hello!

I had an issue with an update so I used UpdraftPlus to restore a backup. Typically I don’t do the database or uploads but did this time by accident. Now the site appears broken.

Everything seems to be in the proper places, I even did a manual restore (Plugins, Themes, Others, etc.) but it’s like WordPress isn’t acknowledging it. All the content and page structures are there but the plugin list is completely empty hence why the site looks like crap

Updraft does seem to be malfunctioning as well though I do have a couple copies of backups if needed
