Plugins won't show on dashboard

    I’m somewhat new to wordpress and my coding skills are not that great.

    My wordpress site did an automatic update from v. 3.9 to v. 3.9.1 and my site looks very wrong because of this. I’m not able to see any of my installed plugins. I’ve tried to reinstall the plugins, but every time I try to reinstall any of the plugins I get a message that the plugin is already installed and therefore it can’t be installed.

    I don’t know what the problem is, but I tried searching the web for answers and got this URL ( https://www.tinyblogger.net/downgrade-from-wordpress-3-9-1-to-3-8-3/ ) with a ‘how to downgrade you’re wordpress guide’ which I followed but it’s still not working for me. Can anyone help me?

    I would like the wordpress site to be as it was, with all the plugins installed.How can I do this? Please help!
