Plugin/Widget for image with link to category

  • I have found this plugin Simple Image Widget which allows me to add an image from my media library but it does not quiet do what I want.

    All I’m after is a plugin/widget that lets me select an image from my media library and then from a drop-down select which category it links to.

    Does anyone know of a plugin that can do just this?
