plupload plugin using js not uploading image for guest/visitor

    Hello,

    I have used a js file to upload image using plupload. i am able to upload image while i have logged in as admin or im in dashboard. but when i upload image as normal visior/guest file does not get uploaded ajax response received as 0.

    here is my code of js file
