Plus/Minus Buttons issue

  • Hello. I created a group product which consists of other two products in my shop. In the options of the plugin I selected “Yes” for Show plus/minus buttons but as you can see on the page there are two other small, pink plus/minus buttons which I can’t remove. Can anyone help me to remove them so that only the default plus/minus buttons are shown

    This issue might have been caused by a conflict with another plugin that also provides an input method. That’s why you’re seeing this problem. The quantity input for Grouped Product on our demo and test site is still normal. You can kindly check that on our demo site https://demo.wpclever.net/woosg/product/smart-grouped-product-01/

    If you’re using the Premium version of our plugin, you can kindly contact our developers via the contact page to order a customization service for free. They will checkout purchase information then conduct the customization service for you.

    If you’re using the free version of our plugin, then sorry we can’t do anything more in this case since it’s an issue from a third-party plugin or theme without asking you to update our plugin to the latest version , and choose “No” in the option “Show plus/minus quantity button” .The extra quantity buttons will be removed.
