plz help: I wnt 2 blog page id;it is urgent

I create two page 1. Home and 2. Blog. I have set all the things in ADMIN->Reading section.
Now I want to get Blog page ID. Now it is 5. But I want to get this dynamically.
Plz help me. It is very urgent.
