PLZ! hide text on posts on homepage – 2012 theme

  • Does anyone know please how I can hide the text on the post excepts on my homepage? The theme is twenty twelve. The link to the site where I am developing this site is internalcompass.us/private

    As you will see, I have the posts in two columns, and I am currently showing excerpts of text underneath each pic preview. It looks amateur to me, with the text, and i’d like it to just say, “Read more..” or something. It would also be nice to have the titles up above the pics rather than below.

    Any ideas? thanks so much.
