    We have tested it again at our end and the URL hyperlink is working on our current version. Could you please make sure the incoming mailbox supports HTML? If yes, we’ll need little more details to troubleshoot the issue. Since it may require exchange of private information about the site, I would suggest you to create a ticket on our Helpdesk.

    Thank for your response.
    You’r right ! Worked fine with Outlook. But not with gmail in it standard version ! I think 99% of my users are using gmail in standard version.
    Can you please help with this ?
    Where can I create a ticket ?
