Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

Please advise how you are protecting the content (with the Require membership meta box or the PMPro setting in the elementor element)?

    Kind Regards,

hey! Thanks for writing me back.

that would be the require membership meta box. So it’s protecting the video and most of the content ( it leaves a sentence to view)

Thank you for your patience while we look further into this, Tom. I haven’t been able to replicate this behavior – would you mind testing with just Paid Memberships Pro and Elementor, and let me know if the issue persists?

What versions of Paid Memberships Pro, Elementor and which theme were you using at the time of testing?

    Kind Regards,
    Jarryd

    Hey @jarryd-long,

The behavior only occurs whenever a user is not allowed to see the post.
for example he will see the following:

While it was designed as follows:

and this only happens whenever the requite membership in the post has been enabled.
Do note that this does not happen for members who are logged in and are not behind this membership wall so to speak.

From my testing i was able to find that this happens because elementor markup is not being loaded in at all whenever a user is blocked from viewing this content.

    I hope this helps!

    Kind Regards,
    Tom
