PMP tells purchaser 'card declined,' membership isn't functioning, yet payment going

Hello All,

I’m using Paid Memberships Pro on my site, and for the most part it’s working well. However, there was one glitch that is a concern to us- some people who are purchasing our membership are having their payments declined, and they aren’t added to the members’ list, however their payments are actually going through. To reiterate, they aren’t subscribed, they are told their payment was invalid and are returned to the levels page, but they are, in fact, paying each time they try.

If anyone else had this issue, please advise.
