    Hi

    We are using the payment gateway for paid membership pro signups…
    the status in orders section does not show ‘success’ it shows ‘pending’ even if the payment is thru, what does that mean?

    Even when using discount codes during checkout the no of uses in pmpro column does not get updated it still shows 0/unlimited

    please let us know the solution

    Ok will contact you…
    Also during checkout and after payment is thru it does not take you finally to a thankyou page instead it redirects to My Account page.
    We have already defined a thank you page in settings, but it still does not work.

    We prefer the default flow of plugin or platform. paid memberships pro default gateways are also redirecting customers to my account page. That’s why we also redirect them to My account page. If you need customization in the flow, Please contact us using the contact us page of our website, we provide you best possible quotation for your customization needs.
