PMPro Login page is redirecting back to login page.

I recently added paidmembership pro to my page and things seemed to be working out fine.
I am able to create an account and have access to each of the levels I created.

The issue is when I log out and try to log back in, nothing happens.
I am redirected back to the login page with no notification or signal that anything changed other than the Url

It goes from: https://www.thehumandogteam.com/login/
to: https://www.thehumandogteam.com/login/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thehumandogteam.com%2Fmembership-account%2F

but these are identical pages.
Am I doing something wrong? I’ve troubleshooted for hours but I can’t seem to get it to change.
