[pmpro_billing] Not show any info

    HI, i have set this shortcode “[pmpro_billing]” in a page, for showing billing informations, but page not show anything, need setting something? how i can solve this?

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    What payment gateway are you using?

    The [pmpro_billing] shortcode is to show the billing page, to allow members to update their billing information. This will only show a form to update details if the payment gateway is onsite (such as Stripe) and the current member has a recurring membership level.

    If the two requirements fail, a message will show instead of the update billing form.

    Does your site make use of any JavaScript/AJAX page loaders?

    Thanks for the feedback, user’s that checked out via PayPal Express won’t be able to update their billing information from your site. They would need to login to their PayPal account and update their credit card/bank account information tied to their PayPal account.

    The [pmpro_billing] should show a message that the subscription is maintained by PayPal and the user would need to login to PayPal to update their billing information.
