pms-login short code doesn’t redirect

    Hello,

    I added this shortcode in my connexion page :

    [pms-login redirect_url=”https://sosmcs.fr”]

    But after a successful login the redirection is not done.

    I am still in the connexion page with te message :

    Vous êtes actuellement connecté·e en tant que Karine GARCIA.?Se déconnecter

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi @karine0908,

    The shortcode you’ve shown has a typo in it. You have a ; after the URL of the page, instead of that it should be the closing quotation mark. The shortcode should be like this: 

    [pms-login redirect_url="https://site.com/page"]

    It’s a problem with the copy/past in the message.

    Hi @karine0908,

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Pages -> click on the page where you’ve added the Login form -> and send a screenshot where it can be seen exactly how the shortcode was added to the page?

    You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    Hi @karine0908,

    I can see that some parts of the shortcode are bolded, please make sure the whole shortcode is added normally (there are no bolded parts). Also, please make sure the shortcode is added in to the Shortcode block from your editor.
