PNG→Webp??

    Hi,

    I use the Jetpack7.1.2.
    The site accelerator provides webp for jpg, but not for png.
    Is this helpless??
    Please let me know.

    Jetpack 7.1.2 is very old and not supported. Please upgrade to Jetpack 9.0.2.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I’m using WP4.9.15, so it is not compatible with Jetpack 7.1.2 over.
    I give up a png converting to webp.

    In that case I strongly recommend you also upgrade to the latest version of WordPress. WordPress 4.9 was released in 2017, so is severely outdated.

    I’m afraid we’re not able to help with issues caused by using outdated versions of WordPress and Jetpack.

    Yes, I know it.
    But, it is hard to upgrade from WP 4.9.15 to the latest.
    Anyway, I understand it.

    For advice on upgrading several versions at once like this you can ask in the general forum at https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum/miscellaneous/

    Just make sure you have a recent backup of your site before doing that.
