PNG and AVIF issue

Hello,
- Plugin doesn’t handle transparent PNG files. I suggest adding an option to exclude file types.
Screen: https://i.imgur.com/KOVtQ0r.jpeg - When I use Imagick instead of GD, changing the compression level does not change the quality of the photos for AVIF. They always take up the same amount of space regardless of the setting and are of poor quality.
